At LED Bookkeeping Services, we have a matrix of set pricing structures per month to suit everyones needs, based on a) business status (new / established); b) level of complexity. We offer the following models:
Models
Hourly rate (most common for ad-hoc or variable work) $40-$60 per hour
Fixed monthly packages (good for recurring clients and cash flow)
Packages are usually based on transaction volume and complexity. For example:
Micro business / sole trader: $250–$400/month
Small business (5–10 employees): $500–$1,200/month
Medium business (10–20 employees): $1,500+/month
We also have a startup monthly package as well.
Per-service pricing (common for once-off jobs)
Initial Xero or MYOB setup: $300–$800
Payroll processing: $15–$25 per payslip or included in a package
Year end accounting liaison
How often do we charge?
Ongoing bookkeeping clients: Usually monthly, so you have consistent cash flow and clients know your costs.
Ad-hoc/cleanup jobs: Charge hourly or project-based, invoice on completion or progress.
We will discuss with you what suits your business and stage of development and codify it within a specific agreement, so you know what you are receiving, and what we promise to deliver.
